Exchange Policy - Coverify iPhone Cases

3-Day Exchange Policy

At Coverify, we are committed to providing you with high-quality iPhone cases. Unfortunately we do not offer returns, but if you have received wrong or damaged product we will happily exchange it. Therefore, we offer a 3-day exchange policy that allows you to exchange your purchased iPhone case for a different one within the first 3 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange under our 3-day exchange policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • The iPhone case must be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • The iPhone case must be in its original, unused condition, with no signs of damage or wear.
  • The original packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with the case must be included in the exchange.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all exchange requests.


Initiating an Exchange:

If you wish to initiate an exchange for your iPhone case, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at coverify.shop@gmail.com to request an exchange authorization.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, carefully package the iPhone case along with its original packaging and any accessories.
  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase (order number or receipt) inside the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.


Exchange Process:

Upon receiving your returned iPhone case, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will process the exchange and send you the new iPhone case within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Item:

The item you exchange your iPhone case for must be of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of lesser value, we will not refund the difference.

Exceptions:

Please be aware of the following exceptions to our exchange policy:

    Customized iPhone cases: Cases with custom designs, engravings, or personalized elements are not eligible for an exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
    Sale or clearance items: Items purchased from a sale or clearance section may be subject to a different exchange policy. Please check the specific product listing for details.

Cancellation:

If you want to cancel your order, kindly write to us within first 24 hours of placing the order at coverify.shop@gmail.com or call/whatsapp at +918708121546.

NOTE: NO REFUND ELIGIBILITY IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS                                                                                                                                                 
* Self-Placed Wrong Order (e.g. ordered wrong model or product).
* Damage/Defective/Missing Items- We will promptly ship a new product. While our products undergo several quality control checks, we do not offer refunds for such instances.
* No cancellations are permitted once the product has been delivered.
* Not same as advertisement : If you find that the product doesn't match the advertisement, please know that we've tried our hardest to show it as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns in this situation.
* Products priced at 599/- or below are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
